Sea Breeze, the most exquisite villa in Westmoreland?

Whitehouse is a low-key area in Jamaica that has some of the best beaches that are complemented by beautiful white sand. What also makes it unique is the shallow depth of the water, which can extend for miles.

Westmoreland is an area where kareemsquest.com has fallen in love with and we stumbled upon a luxury villa that reinforces this feeling.

Below is a Walk Around video of the property

Located in a nice gated community, this property is colourful on the outside as it is on the inside.

It’s showered in a lovely pastel shade that emits a sense of vibrancy and creativity to match with the modern architectural design. In the front yard, there is a designated parking area that can be accessed independently from the driveway. In this area, there is also an official height basketball rim, which was a total surprise to the kareemsquest.com crew.

Quick Facts

Who is it for: Friends of four or more, Family, Girls trip and couples.

What it is NOT: A villa that houses everyone under one roof.

Tip: If you are looking to add some excitement, plan your excursions in advance, as most places of attraction, like YS Falls, are about 40 minutes away.

What stands out: How sophisticated and clean the place is. The dining and pool area which adds to the peace and tranquility of the property.

What to carry: Food that can be warmed up, as there is a microwave in most rooms. However you can employ the services of a chef and have him prepare everything in the industrial kitchen.

Must try activity: To get in daily exercise, you can use the beach bikes to ride around the community. Visit Jamwest adventure park or buy fry fish and festival at Scott’s Cove (Border)

What is it similar to: It’s kinda similar to staying at Sandy Haven Resort

Layout: 6 Villas, 3 Buildings, holds up to 32 guests. Free access to: Pool, bicycles, bird Sanctuary, garden gazebo, wifi, laundry mat.

Paid services: Airport Transportation, grocery shopping, housekeeping, chef.

Adjacent to this is a canopied area, which houses the villa’s ‘party’ bus that has a built-in karaoke, and does airport pick ups.

Beside it are beach bikes, which are accessible to all guests and a golf cart that is mostly used by the groundsman.

To the opposite end kareemsquest.com spotted a well manicured lawn covered with Zoysia grass. It also sits in front of the main villa, which is called the Tree House and has three bedrooms with a combined seven beds and four bathrooms. In total it can accommodate a family of 10 and has a fully functional kitchen.

Perhaps what is most fun is the kiddies room in the attic, which can only be accessed by a tiny ladder.

To the back of the Villa is another oasis unto itself, as most of the infrastructure is hidden by a white fence.

Here is where two separate buildings are, that houses the other five villas in an apartment-type layout.

This is with the exception of the Garden Suite Villa, which is the one that kareemsquest.com recommends for couples. Not only is it detached from the others but it comes with a designated dining area and a mini kitchen.

The pool, which is well kept and decorated with fancy lounge chairs, is the main visual attraction of the property.

Adorning the property is a lush garden with a variety of plants and birds that chirp melodies in the mornings.

Inside the rooms, kareemsquest.com noticed that everything felt like it was hand selected and no expense was spared. From the quality of the beds to the high thread count of the sheets, this place is not the typical villa.
